Your teacher, Ingrid is a current student at Caridian who has experienced first hand how her yoga practice has helped her step up to the challenges of learning BJJ!

She has been practicing yoga since 2014 and has seen her chronic back pain go away and gained the ability to take on physical challenges she would not have thought possible when she first began practicing yoga. It gave her the ability to live life to the fullest and she wants to share it with you!

Ingrid began teaching in 2017 and has taught at work, yoga studios, gyms and the occasional brewery event. She has done training in the traditions of Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga as well as Prenatal yoga. She believes that yoga is for everyone and that the practice should be adapted to make the yoga practice accessible to anyone regardless of ability, flexibility or age!
